Returns & Exchanges

At Seche, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
